Sometimes, remote programming does not work due to some interference or compatibility issue on the telecom equipment that exists in the network you are using from the phone you are dialing out to the line where the dialer is connected to.  In case the remote programming does not work, you may need to program your dialer locally. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Open the case to access the dialer, 
2) Unplug the 2 rj11 jacks connecting the dialer to the phone (please take note of these connections so you can plug it back after you program your dialer).
3) Connect the phone line in the LINE (black) jack and any handset on the TEL1 or TEL2.  
4) Then follow programming steps 1 to 5 in this manual to program your number:
