A simple way to block all these calls is adding the name "SPAM" to the Blacklist as a NAME filter. This will block all calls that have the SPAM in the CID name. Also, please keep in mind that most likely these numbers are already registered in HQTelecom's Global Blacklist so even if you don't add this filter, 99% of these will be blocked.
